Scale Institute will host CMI in Nanaimo on June 23, 2026 where we will dive deep into topics relevant to social entrepreneurs, impact investors, and ecosystem builders, with sessions focused on creating sustainable revenue streams, strengthening local networks, and supporting Indigenous-led investing. When you register, do so based on which of the three categories you identify with most – Entrepreneur, Investor or Ecosystem Builder. During the event, you will have the option to remain within your corresponding program stream or you can mix-and-match sessions to create your own unique learning adventure.
We’ll explore how to raise capital for social enterprises, leverage blended finance for social and financial returns, and build systems that go beyond capital alone to create long-term impact in uncertain times.
The day will culminate in a thoughtfully curated reception aimed at helping attendees cultivate meaningful connections. Entertainment and refreshments provided.
